Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Package
Place the unused items back into their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
